Privacy Policy

This policy describes the internal n8n alv_kintero integration for Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Calendar, operated by the Kintero team. Contact: alvkintero@gmail.com.
Information accessed
With an authorized Google account holder's consent, the integration may access selected Google Drive files and file metadata, spreadsheet content, and calendar or event information, depending on the permissions granted. Workflows may also process customer contact details, purchase requests, order information and messages when needed for customer support and sales operations.
Purposes of processing
Information is used for internal document management, reporting, scheduling, workflow automation, and customer service tasks. Access is limited to what is needed for the configured workflow.
AI services and data sharing
Some workflows may transmit task-relevant information to configured third-party automation or AI processing providers to complete a task. Such use should be limited to necessary information and governed by the relevant provider's terms and data-processing arrangements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models by the operator.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Protection and retention
Access credentials and workflow permissions are restricted to authorized operators. Data may be retained in connected systems for operational needs, troubleshooting, records, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements. Detailed retention periods depend on the data category and configured workflow.
Access, corrections, and deletion
Google account holders can revoke access through their Google Account security settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information handled by this integration, email alvkintero@gmail.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
Changes
This policy may be updated when integrations or processing practices change. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
